Make-Ahead Graham Cracker Pie Crust Mix
Makes 4 crusts.
Ingredients
5 cups graham cracker crumbs rolled fine (about 40 squares)
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup cold butter (and ONLY butter)
In a food processor or bowl combine the first 3 ingredients. Pulse or cut in butter until the mix clumps together. Scoop 1 and 3/4 cups into freezer bags. Remove any air before sealing. Freeze.
To use: Take out and let set to room temperature. Microwave 30 seconds or until useable.
Prepare: Press 1 and 3/4 cups crust mix into 9 inch greased pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Chill 30 minutes before filling.
